Sanitaryware Supplies Project

When we received the demand at the beginning, we had several rounds of communications with their engineers and designers for how the shower screens or bathtub screens would be mounted, for example, it is mounted directly to the floor or a shower tray or on the bathtub, and also positions in the rooms, we defined the height, length, and thickness and grade of quality of the glass and also the warranty required for each item. With all those details finalized, we got the updated drawings approved before we started to make the prototype.  

The prototype phase was quite interesting, thanks to modern technology we can connect to our customers more easily with lots of social apps. We had several video meetings to talk “face to face” and we reviewed every single point by “seeing” the real shower screen, bathtub, or bathroom mirror directly. Some minor changes were made when we put the products into our sample room and displayed them with actual practices that would be applied to the bathroom and we got the final approval for the next step of mass production.

Since we spent a lot of time on prototypes and were looking into details to ensure every single part complied with the customer’s need at the sample stage, mass production became easier, we signed the pre-production samples and our production line just needed to follow the sample, and for sure the testing to ensure the performance especially for the smart LED bathroom mirror is super important, we have a water-proof box for all the power units or components at the backside, so burn-in test is mandatory to ensure all the electronic components before the final inspection, while for the 8mm floated glass which is also automobile grade with a explosion proof film which is CE compliance. As for the shower screens or bathtub screens, we also perform the test for the shower screens can against lime deposit which would be very helpful for the self-cleaning of the shower enclosure itself. 

For more than 15 years, we have been supplying high-quality products and also a high level of sales support for all our customers, while we follow strictly the same as we have been doing. we have arranged 3rd party lab testing to get CE compliance for all those items, physical samples were sent to the lab for testing and official certificates were successfully issued for our LED bathroom mirrors, while the tempered glasses we have used are qualified for the European market with CE compliance. 

While for installation, we have made step-by-step guidelines with a small manual for each of our sanitaryware items, and we also took videos on how to do all the installations and shared them with our users to ensure all the installation steps are clear and easy to understand to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The whole project was completed at the end of Oct last year 2023, and we got quite positive and super-good feedback from our users in both oral and official ways after their installations earlier this year 2024.
