Step 1: On-Site Measurement
Accurate measurements are critical for a perfect fit, Width Measurement: Measure the width at the top, middle, and bottom of the door frame. The smallest measurement is used as the final width. Ensure measurements are taken horizontally to avoid inaccuracies due to leaning angles. Height Measurement: Measure the height at the left, middle, and right of the door frame. The smallest measurement is used as the final height. Please do account for ground treatment and reserve thickness for ground decoration materials during measurement.

Step 2: Selection of Style, Color, and Material
Following the measurements, we collaborated with the client to select the desired style, color, and materials for the bathroom glass doors. We offer two types of 2mm thick aluminum profiles, the normally used model and the light luxury model, both strong and durable, made from titanium-magnesium-aluminum alloy extrusion, known for its high strength, low density, corrosion resistance, and good plasticity.

Step 3: Glass Selection and Style
The client opted for 8mm vintage-style tempered glass, providing: Soundproofing

Step 4: Production and Assembly
With specifications confirmed, we initiated raw material preparation, a process taking approximately 15 days for around 500 sets. Mass production followed, completed in an additional 30 days, depending on the production capacity at the time and the order qty from our client. The doors were supplied in several pieces for on-site assembly. We provide a comprehensive installation manual and an online installation video for installation. For domestic projects, we offer on-site installation support, and for overseas projects, we assist with online video calls, and the professional installation manual is ways coming with each glass door package.
